Carry the Message

Help carry the AA message by bringing a meeting to those who want it but can't get to it. We need volunteers with a minimum of two years of sobriety to attend and chair meetings at the Bay Correctional Facility, CARE, AWARE and the Panama City Mission. Some of the facilities require an application and a minimum of two years sobriety.  The following meetings need volunteers:

  • Male volunteers are needed for Friday evening meetings at  the Keaton House on 11th and East Ave. Meetings are at 7pm.

  • Men are also needed for a Wednesday or Saturday 7pm meeting at the Bay County Jail Annex on Nehi Road.

  • Volunteers, men or women, are needed for the meeting at the Rescue Mission on Thursday at 7pm. There is no minimum sobriety requirement, just bring a Big Book.

  • Women are needed for meetings at The House of Hope in Fountain.
